M45 - The Pleiades

This CCD image was taken with a Nikkor 300mm f/2.8 (operating at f/4), the Mandel Wide Field Imaging Adapter, SBIG ST10E camera and a CFW8 .  It is a B(L) RGB and consists of  23, 2-minute exposures with the B filter for the L channel and RGB, 6:6:6.    The images were processed using MaxIm DL and Photoshop.
